When we applied these tools to the typical wire requirements within the
model hobby, we negelected to be as specific as we should have.
The tools will cut 3/32 and 3/16 in. diameter stranded wire as specified.
However, the piano wire presents a different situation because of its
inherent density, varying hardness and tensile. With that in mind, we list
these specs, based on our actual experience. We want you to be happy
with our tools, and use them as often as the need requires!
